SALARY CIRCA £35k

Our client is one of the pioneers in renewable energy and this is a fantastic opportunity to join their team in a time of huge growth and expansion. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their rapidly growing team in the UK.
They are looking for a driven, reliable, decisive individual who can technically support the sales team and their clients. The ideal candidate will be a customer friendly, motivated, well organised and pro-active individual.

Duties:
  • Overseeing sales admin/inside sales team with focus on logistics, finance and commercial within the team
  • End responsible for the complete sales admin function/inside sales/sales support in the company
  • Managing presence at the office, making rosters to make sure the is always enough office occupation.
  • Creating/setting-up/optimising sales admin processes for the company
  • Reporting back to management – outstanding invoices, overdue invoices, open orders, stock lists, claims, etc. and creating these overviews/reports or delegating to the inside sales team
  • Provide support for UK field sales team;
  • Provide Support for UK customers
  • Sales Order Processing in SAP;
  • Liaising with sales team, customers and headquarters;
  • Booking orders and communication to sales team and customers regarding order and its status;
  • Creating quotations;
  • Following-up quotations;
  • Creating and providing order confirmations to customers;
  • Follow the complete order process to ensure on time deliveries at the customer;
  • Create and sending invoices;
  • Sending statements to customers on a weekly basis
  • After sales activities;
  • Day-to-day communication with customers;
  • Logistics coordination
  • Ensuring a positive customer journey.
Candidate requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration / inside sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
