This service came about by accident. One of our clients had a need for a cost effective, hastle-free recruitment solution. The client had a 2-tier PSL (Preferred Supplier List) with 4 Consultancies on each. There was a lot of paperwork, lots of organising and as a result, lots of time being wasted.
